Delivery – Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During busy periods or when items are made to order, processing times may be longer. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.

Delivery Address

International Orders

Returns – Unwanted Items
Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request has been confirmed, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Returned items must:

be unused and in original condition

include all original packaging where possible

be returned in a suitable protective package
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you that your return has been processed.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue where possible.
We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
