NEED TO KNOW

Loss, delay or damage

We take care to wrap all items securely to help minimise the risk of damage in transit. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at info@casadextiles.com.

If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging​

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order or deliver it within the expected timeframe, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returning an item

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are:​

  • Unused

  • In perfect condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

Refunds will be made to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.

EXCLUSIONS

Items not eligible for return

  • Unwanted items returned outside the 14-day return window

  • Damaged items not reported within the stated notification period

  • Fabric sold by the metre

  • Bespoke, made-to-order or personalised items, where applicable

IMPORTANT NOTES

Before you return an item

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a tracked service when returning items

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights
